Refund policy
Our Exchange and Return Policy is designed to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return or exchange.
1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy:
* Evoce offers a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
* Within this period, you may initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
2. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:
* To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and unused.
* All the returns and exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange. Exchange will be accepted only once within the timeline period.
* Returned or exchanged products must be in the same packaging as they were sent. Return or exchange won’t be processed if not sent in the same packaging.
* One of One Piece cannot be returned.
*Products purchased on 'SALE' such as "End Of Season Sale", "Birthday Sale" etc. cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
* If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
* We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
* Please note that items damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer are not eligible for a return or exchange.
4. Exchange Process:
* Exchange requests can be processed only once per order.
* When requesting an exchange, please specify the replacement item you desire along with the order number. Exchanged products won't be eligible for return.
* As soon as the Exchange request has been accepted, the pick will be booked and the exchanged products will be dispatched once the pick-up takes place.
* If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
Return Pick-Up Fee:
*A flat fee of 150 rupees will be charged for the return pick-up service, which will be deducted from the coupon code's value.
5. Return Process:
* To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
* When requesting a return, please specify the order number and reason for the return.
6. Refunds:
* Refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours of the product reaching our warehouse and after being approved by the team after the quality check.
