Shipping policy
1.ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of receiving your order confirmation email.
2.SHIPPING RATE:
We appreciate our prepaid customers and offer a privilege:
FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.
The cash on delivery rates will be provided at checkout.
3.DELIVERY TIMES:
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. The usual shipping time for metro cities is 2-3 working days, tier 1 cities is 4-6 working days. However, times it may take longer as we use third-party delivery services
4.ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a confirmation on a registered WhatsApp number that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your order.
5.ADDRESS ACCURACY:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6.DELAY:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.
7.LOST PACKAGES:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE PROOF OF DELIVERY IS ATTACHED TO A TRACKING NUMBER, EVOCE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ITEMS. ALL RISKS ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.
